1. Booking & Payments
- A booking is considered confirmed once the deposit payment has been received.
- Guests are required to provide accurate booking information including travel dates, number of participants, and contact details.
- Full payment must be completed before the departure date as agreed.
- Payments can be made via available methods listed on our website.
2. Pricing & Packages
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Confirmed bookings will not be affected by any future price changes.
- Packages include only the services specified in the itinerary.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
To avoid misunderstandings and ensure smooth travel arrangements, please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before confirming your booking.
a. Cancellation By Guest
- Cancellation made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date may receive a partial or full refund depending on prior arrangements and third-party reservations.
- Cancellation made 3–6 days before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation made less than 72 hours before the service date is generally non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided for: No-show guests, Late arrivals causing missed tours/services, Unused services during the trip
b. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds may take several business days depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
- Any transfer fees or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
c. Changes & Rescheduling
- Guests may request date changes or itinerary adjustments depending on availability.
- Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
- Additional charges may apply if changes result in higher operational costs.
4. Itinerary Changes
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We reserve the right to modifiy schedules for the safety and comfort of all participants.w
5. Responsibility
- We are responsible for delivering services as stated in the selected package.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
- We are not liable for loss or damage beyond our control.
6. Health & Safety
- Guests should ensure they are physically fit for selected activities.
- Please inform us in advance about medical conditions, allergies, or special assistance requirements.
- Safety equipment must be used when required during activities.
- Activities such as Snorkling, Diving, Hiking involve inherent risks, and participants acknowledge and accept these’s risks.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation in activities considered unsafe for the guest or others.
- Guests are encouraged to have personal travel insurance
7. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- This includes but is not limited to: Extreme weather, Natural disasters, Government restrictions,Pandemics, Political unrest, Transportation disruptions, Technical failures.
- In such situations, alternative arrangements may be offered when possible.
8. Documentation
- Photos and videos taken during the trip may be used for promotional purposes.
- Participants are deemed to have given consent unless stated otherwise in advance.
9. Agreement
- By making a booking, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
